Deposits, late cancellations, no shows, late rescheduling

Choose your booking time wisely. We will ask you to pay upto a 50% deposit of the treatment(s) value to secure your booking. 

If you need to reschedule, at least 72 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule and carry forward your deposit. Anything less than 72 hours notice, we reserve the right to retain in full your deposit and a cancellation fee may also be charged to recover our costs. The same applies for any no show’s or cancellation of any additional treatments if booked.

Why we retain full deposit and charge a cancellation fee? Well, when you make a booking for a time, you’re making a commitment. Likewise, we’re also making a commitment to be ready with the necessary staff member(s), a room and any other resources and consumables. We also deny other clients whom might want that time slot, so that we are ready to perform the treatments for you upon your arrival.

Please also ensure you're on time to your appointment. If you are 10+ minutes late, your appointment may no longer be available. Your deposit may be forfeited or a late fee will be charged if the appointment is still held.

Please note, some treatments may require a patch test. Please ensure you have read all of the terms and conditions as per treatment you book in for.
